Here is a collection of my Technical and Professional communication projects.

In “Information Design and Production,” I redesigned LinkedIn posts for Alpha Phi Omega, a fraternity on campus.

The first two images are before my redesign and the second image is after.

I was able to reduce cognitive overload by removing unnecessary graphics. The redesign also includes the fraternity’s national colors.

In “Introduction to Technical and Professional Communication,” we researched and designed a career fact sheet.

to the right is a document providing information on the career progression of a policy analyst.

I emphasized user-centered techniques by assuming the user’s flow of questions and answering them in that order.
